My weight loss program is unique from any other program you have tried.  When I treat a person for weight issues I believe there are four components to consider:

  • Food – Calories in
  • Exercise – Calories out
  • Emotional dependency on food
  • Spiritual and healing of the subconscious mind – hypnotherapy

We have all gone through struggles in our lives and for some people the only comfort they have been able to find is through eating.

I myself have battled with food issues throughout my life, but after losing over 20kgs have found the answers that I needed to keep my weight at a healthy level.
